NIT designs and manufactures all the InGaAs sensors embedded into our cameras in France. We master the design of silicon read-out circuitsInGaAs photodiode arraysand assembly technologies such as 3D stacking.

The sensitivity, noise level, frame rate, pitches, dynamic range, and pixel numbers of our InGaAs sensors are the best in their class.
