WiDy SenS 320

High-speed & cost-effective SWIR camera

  • The low-price point SWIR camera – Unique dual-response InGaAs sensor (Lin & Log)
  • QVGA resolution@15µm pixel pitch
  • Deliver up to 1kHz full-frame
  • Various interfaces: USB 3.0, CameraLink & GigE
  • 30mm cage system compatible
  • NEW High-speed model: Frame rate 10kHz (ROI), Exposure time 10µs mini, USB3.0 interface

The High-Speed version of the WiDy SenS 320 incorporates NIT’s InGaAs sensor NSC2001, delivering qVGA resolution (320×256 pixels @15 µm pitch) with cutting-edge performance. This model supports frame rates up to 10 kHz in ROI mode and exposure times down to 1 µs,

With dual-response capability (Linear and Logarithmic modes), a 120 dB dynamic range, and sensitivity of 50e-, the camera ensures optimal adaptability across various scene dynamics. The camera connects via USB 3.0 & CameraLink and is compatible with 30 mm optical cage systems, making integration straightforward.

The WiDy SenS 320 provides an affordable yet powerful solution for industrial process monitoring, laser beam profiling, laser alignment, and research applications—offering the perfect balance of speed, sensitivity, and precision.
